Gluten Free Muesli

I start out by soaking 2 tbsp of chia seeds in HOT water.

Grind some flaxseeds, or do a batch and store them in an air-tide container. To get the most nutrition from flaxseeds, grind them into a meal. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder (I use my Vitamix). Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal.

Boil water and add gluten free muesli according to the directions on the packaging.

Shred an apple and sprinkle it with cinnamon (hello metabolism).

I add a drop of Copaiba vitality to my chia seeds before topping them with the cooked muesli. Then I add the shredded organic apple and sprinkle the flaxseed meel on top.
